I am a trauma informed integrative psychotherapist working with adults, children, adolescents and families. I tailor my treatment approach according to my clients needs because for me therapy is a collaborative process. My focus is on emotional regulation while helping my clients navigate through their mental health challenges using various therapeutic techniques. I use attachment theory, emotion focused psychotherapy and TF-CBT during my sessions to provide an eclectic approach to treatment. I have worked with cases of grief, trauma, abuse of various kinds and interpersonal conflict. I hold membership with British Psychological Society and engage in continuous professional development through trainings and supervision.
I am a trained clinical psychologist in trauma focused CBT at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. I have worked with clients from my country as well as internationally. Living abroad for more than 4 years, I have lived experience of expat's mental health issues. I have had one year of personal therapy as a part of my training which equips me to know the nuances on client's end. I use an eclectic approach to treatment. I use various modalities depending on the nature, intensity and cultural background of each client in my care.
