I was born in 1974 in Göttingen. I graduated from high school in 1994 at the Insel-Gymnasium in Burg auf Fehmarn. From 1996 to 2004, I studied Human Medicine at the Georg-August University in Göttingen, Universidad de La Laguna in Spain, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. In 2007, I gained a qualification in Medical Informatics, and in 2009, I became a specialist in Occupational Medicine and received a Travel Medical Health Consultancy certificate.
Since 2010, I have been in the international insurance industry, starting at Hannover Rück SE, which included two years in Florida, USA. There, I earned a Plant-Based Nutrition certificate from eCornell University. This sparked my interest in mental health therapy, leading to further training.
Returning to Germany, I worked at E+S Rückversicherung. In 2017, I received a qualification in Nutritional Medicine and became a certified Peak States Therapist. In 2018, I joined Süddeutsche Krankenversicherung as a department manager.
Since 2019, I have been an occupational health physician for a private clinic in southern Germany and started psychotherapy training, which I completed in northern Germany. From 2020 to 2021, I trained as an Inner Unity Therapist.
In February 2022, I opened a private practice for psychotherapy and occupational medicine in Hannover. In January 2024, I will open an additional practice in Frankfurt am Main. My work focuses on psychotherapy, trauma therapy, subcellular psychobiology, and psychoimmunology, and I offer mentoring, coaching and personal development / growth programs. I speak German, English, and Spanish.
My diverse experiences and qualifications enable me to support individuals on their journey towards a fulfilling life.
