I graduated from Psychology at Bahçeşehir University, then completed my master's degree in clinical psychology with high honours at SWPS University in Warsaw. During my bachelor's and master's studies, I had the opportunity to work with adult clients in various psychiatry clinics and hospitals in Turkey and Warsaw. I have conducted more than 600 sessions with adult individuals. In addition to my clinical work, I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, regularly pursuing certifications, training, and professional development opportunities. I am a member of the Turkish psychological association. I currently live in Germany and provide online therapy sessions for adult individuals.
My approach to therapy is integrative, combining techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), short-term solution-focused therapy, and motivational therapy to help clients achieve their goals in a personalized and effective way.
I believe that therapy is a journey in which the therapist and the client progress together. Every individual is different, so I aim to find the best way to suit the needs of each client with personalised techniques and methods in therapy process. I believe in tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring a collaborative and empowering therapeutic process.
As someone who has experienced the expat journey firsthand, I provide online therapy addressing both the common cultural challenges of living abroad and the unique experiences of each individual.
I care about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where we can work together to understand your challenges and respond to them together.
