I am a trained psychological counsellor and coach with a focus on mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication.
Nonviolent Communication has had a profound impact on my own life. Through this approach, I have learned to better understand myself and others and to navigate conflicts with greater calm and understanding. What touched me most was the realization that honest communication does not have to be hurtful, and that we can learn to express ourselves authentically while remaining empathetic.
This experience sparked a desire to support others in better understanding themselves and those around them, and in finding new ways to navigate challenges and conflicts.
My work combines psychological counselling, coaching, mindfulness, and elements of Nonviolent Communication.
Together, we take the time to better understand difficult situations, conflicts, or recurring thoughts. Often, change begins when we slow down and approach ourselves and others with greater understanding.
My sessions are shaped by openness, empathy, and mutual respect. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can simply be yourself and where whatever is present in the moment is welcome.
Since 2023, I have been working as a self-employed psychological counsellor and coach. I support people through personal and professional challenges, conflicts, and life transitions.
