My approach is holistic, individualized, and strengths-based. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective and support people in understanding themselves more deeply, recognizing their needs, and creating lives that genuinely fit to whom they are.
I work particularly with neurodivergent individuals and parents of autistic children around topics such as:
• Autism & ADHD
• Identity and self-understanding
• Autistic burnout, overwhelm, and exhaustion
• Anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges
• Self-esteem and self-acceptance
• Relationships, communication, and masking (camouflaging)
• Parenting and family life
Many of my clients have spent years feeling misunderstood, "too much," or fundamentally different from others. Together, we explore their unique strengths, challenges, and needs while developing practical strategies that support everyday life.
My work integrates psychological and neuroscientific knowledge with psychoeducation, acceptance-based approaches, emotional awareness, and practical tools for navigating neurodivergent life. I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where people feel understood rather than judged.
My goal is not to change anyone, but to help them build greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, flexibility, and confidence in living authentically as themselves and in their uniqueness.
