I am a psychologist with over ten years of experience in therapeutic support. In the past five years, I have worked both in person and online, which has allowed me to support individuals and families in different parts of the world, providing a safe and accessible space for their personal growth.
I work with individuals, couples, and families from an integrative perspective, drawing on systemic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, as well as attachment-based therapy.
My work focuses especially on issues related to insecurity, self-esteem, anxiety, and personal empowerment, but also includes trauma and improving relationships—with oneself and with others.
I believe in the importance of human connections as a driving force for well-being. For this reason, I support my clients in understanding their relational patterns, healing emotional wounds, and building safer, more conscious, and more fulfilling relationships
