About me

I was born in Minsk(Belarus) and now live and work in Gdańsk(Poland). I am a psychoanalyst and psychoanalytic psychotherapist, a Direct Member of the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) and a licensed member of the Polish Psychoanalytic Society. I hold degrees in Russian language and literature, and in practical psychology in educational institutions from the Belarusian State Pedagogical University. My professional path has included teaching psychology at the International Humanities and Economics Institute in Minsk, directing psychological rehabilitation at a centre for people with emotional and chemical addictions, and co-organising educational psychoanalytic projects for doctors and psychologists in Belarus. My psychoanalytic training includes studies at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, the Belarusian–Rhine seminars, and the European Psychoanalytic Institute.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Group therapyRecommended for those who want to work through their challenges in a supportive group setting and learn from others who share similar experiences.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.

I am a psychoanalyst and psychoanalytic psychotherapist working with adults in individual settings, with couples, in therapeutic groups, and as a supervisor for mental health professionals. My practice is grounded in Bionian and post-Bionian approaches and the French psychoanalytic tradition (André Green, psychosomatic school). I work with people experiencing anxiety, emotional tension, relationship difficulties, a sense of inner emptiness or loss of meaning, psychosomatic symptoms, and the complex emotional challenges of migration. My focus is on exploring unconscious processes that shape feelings, thoughts, and relationships, and on creating a safe space for this exploration.

In individual psychoanalysis, I work in the classical setting using the couch, which allows for a deeper engagement with unconscious material. In couples therapy, I help partners understand and work through recurring conflicts and emotional distances. In groups, I facilitate a space where interpersonal dynamics can be observed and understood as they emerge in the here-and-now. For professionals, I provide supervision based on psychoanalytic principles, supporting the development of clinical thinking, sensitivity to transference and countertransference, and the integration of theory and practice.
