I work mainly with women who take on a lot and seem to cope on the outside but feel tired, anxious, or doubt their worth. People come to me with self-criticism, shame, burnout, relationship difficulties, and boundaries.
I am a Gestalt therapist. In my work, I value attentiveness to the person, their experiences, and the pace at which they are ready to speak about what matters to them.
For me, therapy is a space where a person can pause, listen to themselves more clearly, and gradually make sense of what is happening inside and in their relationships with others.
I work in the Gestalt approach. At the center of this work is attention to what a person is experiencing in the present moment and how they relate to other people and the world.
In therapy, we explore together your feelings, reactions, and habitual ways of acting and relating to others. This work helps to better understand yourself, your needs, and gradually discover new possibilities for change.
I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can speak at your own pace, explore difficult experiences, and find more clarity, inner support, and freedom of choice.
I have been practicing as a Gestalt therapist since 2020 and work mainly with adults in individual therapy.
In my work, I support people in exploring their experiences, relationship difficulties, inner self-criticism, shame, professional burnout, and questions related to personal boundaries.
I completed professional training in Gestalt therapy and am a certified and accredited therapist of the National Association of Gestalt Therapists of Ukraine (NAGTU), which works in accordance with the standards of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).
The training included five years of theoretical education, personal and group therapy, supervision, and practical work with clients. I continue my personal therapy, participate in supervision, and engage in ongoing professional development as an important part of my therapeutic practice.
