I have been fascinated by people and what shapes our thoughts, feelings and behaviours for as long as I can remember, which led me to study psychology and more recently, therapy. My journey so far has connected me with people from many walks of life. Prior to qualifying as a counsellor, I spent over a decade working in the fast-paced financial sector in the City of London.
My legal and regulatory compliance background enhances my therapeutic work. I am guided by ethical principles and a deep commitment to professionalism. My experience allows me to offer valuable insights into work-related stress, burnout, career transitions and navigating complex professional environments. Beyond this, I am experienced in supporting a diverse range of personal and emotional difficulties.
My approach is holistic, depth-oriented and personalised, integrating psychological, physical and spiritual elements to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, grief, stress, depression, trauma, life transitions and low self-esteem. My practice is compassionate, fostering self-awareness, working with cognitive and behavioural patterns, healing emotional wounds and supporting personal growth. I also help clients explore meaning and purpose in their lives, and access their unique qualities and strengths.
In our sessions, we can work together to heal emotional wounds, develop deeper self-awareness and seek to align your life with your own values.
My practice is shaped by warmth, acceptance and curiosity, and grounded in Psychosynthesis. I integrate elements of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), drawing on a range of tailored techniques — including mindfulness, Gestalt practices, breath and somatic work, and creative methods such as drawing and guided imagery.
