Together we will aim to help you identify and challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviours to improve your emotional wellbeing and current circumstances by creating a supportive, non-judgemental space for you to be you, so that you can grow in self awareness and move towards realising your full potential. Alongside this, through our sessions we will explore your history and the role of early experiences on your current circumstances, looking at unconscious motivations, and the influence of relationships in shaping your behaviour and development.
As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I seamlessly combine elements and techniques from different therapeutic modalities to provide a comprehensive and personalised treatment for my clients.
