I am a psychologist, systemic therapist and trauma therapist. A first degree in philosophy and years of working in the media industry as a photographer and advertising film producer provide a broad horizon that is very useful when empathizing with and understanding problems. I work clinically and in a private practice. A central model that I use is the self-esteem theory, which shows the solution behind many problems and promotes understanding of ourselves.
Systemic work in a resource- and solution-oriented manner. I can't make the problem disappear, but I can change the perspective on it. The causes are also examined. Behavioral patterns, compulsions, limits. Where do they come from and what do they mean? For systemicists, symptoms (behavior) always make sense in relation to the system in which one lives. Genograms and family boards can be very helpful here. In couples therapy, I work with the different relationship levels (communication, life organization, behavioral patterns) according to Jellouschek.
