Hi there, I'm Aistė and I am so glad you're here. I am a psychologist with a deep passion for helping people find balance, connection, and peace within themselves and their relationships. I am sensitive, empathic and analytical. I grew up in Lithuania and for the last 13 years I have been living, working and studying in 4 other European countries. I used to work in behavioral research before deciding to follow my true passion - helping you.
My practice is dedicated to the areas I care most deeply about:
- International couples & relationships: Our relationships are one of the most important parts of our lives, yet no one ever taught us how to make them work. I help you and your partner truly understand each other, communicate effectively, and rebuild intimacy. We work together to figure out the "how" of a healthy relationship.
- Women’s mental health: I work closely with women recovering from eating disorders, body dysmorphia, burnout, and depression, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and their daily lives.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and am currently in the advanced stages of a 4-year clinical psychotherapy training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
In our sessions, I bring a balance of deep empathy and structured, evidence-based tools. Whether we are using CBT to break unhelpful thought patterns or drawing on the Gottman Method to strengthen your relationship, my goal is to help you stop talking in circles and start finding concrete ways to feel at home in your body, your relationship, and your life.
