I am a psychologist with a background in language, communication, and cross-cultural work. Originally from Ukraine, I moved to Spain as an adult, which became an important turning point in my life. Going through migration, adapting to a new environment, and rebuilding a sense of stability and identity has deeply shaped both me as a person and the way I work with clients.
Before transitioning into psychology, I spent many years working in translation and localization. Changing careers in my 30s was a conscious and sometimes challenging choice, but it allowed me to move closer to work that feels meaningful and aligned. This experience helps me understand what it means to question your direction, start over, and navigate uncertainty.
In my practice, I work with themes such as anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. I am especially attentive to the experiences of people who are going through change — whether it’s moving to a new country, rethinking their path, or trying to understand themselves more deeply. I aim to create a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experience at your own pace and find a way forward that feels truly yours.
I work from a Gestalt perspective, which means we focus on what is happening for you in the present moment — your thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience. I’m interested not only in your story, but in how you experience it here and now.
In sessions, I don’t give ready-made answers. Instead, I support you in exploring your patterns, relationships, and internal dynamics, helping you better understand yourself and what you need. This often brings more clarity, choice, and a sense of grounding.
I try to create a space that feels safe, honest, and non-judgmental, where you don’t have to perform or be “a certain way.” We move at your pace, with respect for your boundaries and process.
