Live Deeply is a depth practice for soul seekers, who, rather than seeking to eliminate challenges or discomfort, are called to lean in to recognize and navigate the various invitations from psyche — in their lives, symptoms and patterns — to reclaim full possession of their own essential being. Recognizing the various ways in which these elements continually interact with our own lives—through symbolic reflection, dreamwork and synchronicities—we are able to find our own reflection in the greater stories living through and around us, and expand and enliven our understanding of the individual journey.
