Approach

Treatment Approaches
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.

I believe our emotional wellbeing is the key to having a satisfactory life. Psychotherapy can offer self-exploration and hand us tools to take a look at our relationship to ourselves and others and to understand our place in the world.

Whether you’re navigating emotional turbulence or seeking deeper insight, we can explore this with care and curiosity in a respectful, professional and proactive space, working on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly frequency.

I work in person and online, mainly with: -Trauma -Relationships -Personal Development -Self Awareness -Anxiety -Depression -PTSD -Loss and grief counseling. -Psychosomatic Illnesses. -Adjustment to a new environment and migration.

Let me know if you’re interested in working with me, we can have a 15 min interview call.
