I have been a licensed psychotherapist since 2018, with a background in various supportive roles working with people since 2010. Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I also worked in family therapy, which laid the foundation for my deep understanding of relational dynamics and emotional well-being. My approach is grounded and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients build clarity, resilience, and create meaningful change.
Originally from Sweden, I now live in the UK and offer therapy exclusively online through video sessions. This allows me to work flexibly and meet clients wherever they are, both emotionally and geographically.
I primarily work within the framework of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which often involves a structured and goal-oriented approach. However, I value flexibility and always tailor the treatment to suit each client’s individual needs, pace, and circumstances. My aim is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward the life you want to lead.
My therapeutic style is personal and structured. I believe in building a genuine, trusting relationship where clients feel heard and understood. At the same time, I use a clear, goal-oriented framework to guide our work together, helping clients stay focused and make measurable progress.
