For over 17 years, I have been providing psychological counseling to help people solve their difficulties, by understanding their issues and assisting them in making the necessary changes. Personally, I prefer applied psychology and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) methods as they offer practical solutions to the problems that are currently being faced. As a result of the counseling process, the issues start to make sense, and the upset mental balances and processes are repaired and restored.
