For over 17 years, I have been providing psychological counseling to help people solve their difficulties, by understanding their issues and assisting them in making the necessary changes. Personally, I prefer applied psychology and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) methods as they offer practical solutions to the problems that are currently being faced. As a result of the counseling process, the issues start to make sense, and the upset mental balances and processes are repaired and restored. Each case is unique, and each person wants to resolve their own spiritual struggle to regain peace of mind. I would like to be a partner in this. I consider myself a trustworthy, reliable, self-organized, and agile person who thinks long-term.
