One of the core principles of my coaching practice is the integration of multiple perspectives - taking into account not only what's going on externally but also internally in the form of values and belief structures which form the basis of behaviour but have become mostly invisible. It's not until these aspects of who we are become visible again and we have the chance to look at them objectively, that we can understand their hidden gifts or, if we choose, to override them. One of the primary tools I use in this regard is the Enneagram - an incredibly powerful personality system based on rigorous psychological research, which provides deep insights into the core motivations, fears, and desires that drive behavior.
Whether through artistic expression or academic guidance, I have always been committed to helping individuals realize their potential. In coaching, I leverage these skills to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their aspirations, confront obstacles, and develop actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.
As well as the Enneagram, I utilize a range of tools and techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including mindfulness practices, goal-setting exercises, and reflective dialogues. My sessions are dynamic and client-centered, designed to empower individuals to take ownership of their development and make meaningful, lasting changes.
Ultimately, my approach to coaching is about facilitating a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. By integrating the principles of Integral Theory with my extensive experience in education and the arts, I provide a unique and effective pathway for clients to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life.
