About me
For me life it’s to enjoy and I have learn to teach this unattached philosophy to my clients. The more you hold the more pain you will find in your life. Pain it’s part of the journey but you have to learn let go even the pain, nothing it’s for ever, everything change constantly but our fears make us hold hard even to relationships, places, works that doesn’t make us happy. Learning to be your own best company it’s the perfect way to navigate through life like a master and fulfill your life with pleasure. I studied psychology, I am certificated to heal sexual abuse, I’m a meditation yoga teacher and have a master on many kind of therapies (holistic).

I’m experienced in helping people to deal with breakup’s, love confusion, sexual taboo’s and anything that will keep you away from enjoying your life. We explore together the way you love (yourself and others), and the different kind of actitudes you tolerate in the name of LOVE. I will help you to question those ways, to explore a kind of love that fit you better, that makes your soul feel free. Every hour that we are together I create an environment of “not judgment” that will help you to do that for yourself too.
