I am a NIP-registered psychologist and BACP-approved psychotherapist.
I grew up as a third-culture kid in an internationally mobile family. I have lived in Spain, France, England, Scotland, Andorra and The Netherlands. I am very familiar with the complex and nuanced cultural expectations and bureaucratic systems that accompany internationally mobile individuals.
I work from an integrative counselling, relational, culturally-sensitive and compassionate lens. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation from which changes can emerge, often gradually.
I have been working with expats from all walks of life - on international assignments, third-culture kids (TCK's) and international students in a psychological practice in the Netherlands since December 2025.
Following my Bachelor's in Psychology at Oxford Brookes University, I studied a Master's in Clinical Psychology at Utrecht University training in CBT.
I then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (Person-centred & Psychodynamic Counselling) at the University of Edinburgh.
