You function. You perform. You carry responsibility.
But inside, you are under constant tension — unable to truly switch off, sensing that your system is slowly reaching its limits.
Therapy can help you find steadiness again – no matter where you are located.
Hi, I'm Piotr, a psychologist and somatic coach. Supporting people through challenging moments is my true passion. I strongly believe that after navigating difficult periods in our life, we emerge stronger and more resilient. Sometimes it helps to start anew together. I am here to support you in rediscovering your hidden strengths and realizing your full potential.
I also believe the body often knows the solution faster than the mind. Through simple psychological and body-oriented techniques, I help clients reset their nervous system, build mental resilience, and remain capable under pressure—without losing themselves in work, life, or sport.
Why the body-mind approach?
My fascination began as a young competitive track-and-field athlete. I experienced firsthand how mental strength can be trained like muscles. These techniques helped me stay grounded under intense performance pressure, both professionally and personally—a lesson I carry with me to this day. To deepen my understanding, I earned a B.Sc. in Applied Psychology and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, followed by advanced training as a communication and behavior trainer and systemic body psychotherapist. I also taught psychology as a university lecturer, sharing knowledge and inspiring students. Today, I work as a coach, combining body-oriented methods, mindfulness, and my experience as a yoga teacher to support people holistically in their mental and emotional development.
Ready to reconnect with your inner strength and build lasting resilience? Let’s work together to reset your nervous system, gain clarity, and thrive under pressure—without losing yourself.

As a clinical psychologist and systemic body therapist, I combine psychological expertise, body-oriented psychotherapeutic methods, and nervous system regulation into a holistic coaching approach. The goal is not simply “better functioning,” but sustainable self-regulation and inner stability through mental strength — even under high performance pressure.
Typical themes my clients bring:
“I’m under constant pressure and can’t properly switch off anymore.”
“My body feels tense all the time—even on vacation I can’t really relax.”
“I want to stay high-performing without burning out internally.”
“I want to feel more self-confidence and inner security.”
“I long for more ease in daily life, despite high demands.”
In our initial, non-binding clarity call (20 minutes), we explore where your system currently stands—and whether my coaching is the right fit for you.
Alongside my integrative coaching, I currently offer gentle, psychology-informed healing yoga sessions that support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and help integrate coaching processes. Healing Yoga can be especially helpful between coaching sessions, or as a soft entry into deeper work.
What is a distinction from coaching:
Coaching is a process-oriented, individualized form of guidance with a focus on change. Healing Yoga supports regulation, integration, and stabilization on a somatic (body-based) level.
If you feel the need, you can move into a more in-depth coaching journey. You decide— because…
My coaching is individually tailored and grounded in clear structure, depth, and measurable change.
My online coaching is designed for people who want to remain healthy and high-performing without losing themselves in the process.
I am not an AI. I intentionally use the advantages of uncomplicated online meetings to be a truly present and human coach for my clients.
