Hi, I'm Piotr, a psychologist and somatic coach. Supporting people through challenging moments is my true passion. I strongly believe that after navigating difficult periods in our life, we emerge stronger and more resilient. Sometimes it helps to start anew together. I am here to support you in rediscovering your hidden strengths and realizing your full potential.

I also believe the body often knows the solution faster than the mind. Through simple psychological and body-oriented techniques, I help clients reset their nervous system, build mental resilience, and remain capable under pressure—without losing themselves in work, life, or sport.

Why the body-mind approach?

My fascination began as a young competitive track-and-field athlete. I experienced firsthand how mental strength can be trained like muscles. These techniques helped me stay grounded under intense performance pressure, both professionally and personally—a lesson I carry with me to this day. To deepen my understanding, I earned a B.Sc. in Applied Psychology and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, followed by advanced training as a communication and behavior trainer and systemic body psychotherapist. I also taught psychology as a university lecturer, sharing knowledge and inspiring students. Today, I work as a coach, combining body-oriented methods, mindfulness, and my experience as a yoga teacher to support people holistically in their mental and emotional development.

As a clinical psychologist and systemic body therapist, I combine psychological expertise, body-oriented psychotherapeutic methods, and nervous system regulation into a holistic coaching approach. The goal is not simply “better functioning,” but sustainable self-regulation and inner stability through mental strength — even under high performance pressure.

In our initial, non-binding clarity call (20 minutes), we explore where your system currently stands—and whether my coaching is the right fit for you.

Alongside my integrative coaching, I currently offer gentle, psychology-informed healing yoga sessions that support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and help integrate coaching processes. Healing Yoga can be especially helpful between coaching sessions, or as a soft entry into deeper work.

What is a distinction from coaching:

Coaching is a process-oriented, individualized form of guidance with a focus on change. Healing Yoga supports regulation, integration, and stabilization on a somatic (body-based) level.

Sanfte, psychologisch fundierte Healing-Yoga-Session zur Regulation des Nervensystems, Stressreduktion und Integration von Coaching-Prozessen. Perfekt sowohl für erfahrene Yogis als auch für absolute Einsteiger. Healing Yoga eignet sich besonders zur Integration zwischen Coaching-Sessions und zur Stabilisierung des Nervensystems. Viele Klient:innen nutzen Healing Yoga als Einstieg und wechseln bei Bedarf in eine vertiefende Coaching-Begleitung.

5er-Paket - Integratives Coaching

Ideal für fokussierte Prozesse und erste nachhaltige Veränderungen. Empfohlen bei emotionalen Themen, Stressregulation oder Entscheidungsfindung. Bei diesem und dem 10er-Paket sind zwischen den Sessions kurze Check-ins zur Orientierung und Integration möglich (per Text oder kurzem Call). Sie ersetzen keine regulären Coaching-Sessions.
