About me

I provide a safe space to explore and process difficult experiences to promote personal growth. I work from an integrative approach and use evidence-based techniques that integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, systemic and humanistic therapy, among others. Examples of how I can support you: Coping with stress, improving decision-making skills, learning to set boundaries, promoting restful sleep, increasing self-esteem. PERINATAL SPECIALIST My experiences as a mother led me to become interested in perinatal psychology. I have successfully completed a specialization in this field and support women and their families through the beautiful but sometimes challenging phase of motherhood. I understand that every story is unique and know that moments of vulnerability can be an opportunity for growth. My goal is to provide practical tools and emotional support to help each person navigate their journey with confidence and well-being. If you are looking for a space for understanding and support, I am happy to guide you in this process around emotional wellbeing. www.elenaguerra.de
