I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) from Liverpool John Moores University and currently in training to become a Gestalt therapist. My therapeutic approach is rooted in appreciation, empathy, and a deep trust in the inner resources of my clients.
I support people on their journey toward greater self-understanding, the resolution of inner blocks, and the discovery of new ways of being and acting.
Before fully dedicating myself to psychological work, I spent many years working as a teacher. That experience deepened my understanding of language, cultural diversity, and interpersonal communication — all of which I now consider invaluable elements of my therapeutic practice.
I work in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I offer a safe, supportive space for personal development and emotional growth
Gestalt therapy offers a dynamic and mindful framework for getting to know yourself better and recognizing old patterns. It supports people in reconnecting with themselves and their environment — in the here and now. Through the therapeutic process, unconscious dynamics can become conscious, opening up space for new choices and personal growth.
What I value most about Gestalt therapy is its depth, its creativity, and its respectful, holistic view of what it means to be human.
