I value ...
✨ working in a way that keeps things as equal, transparent, and safe as possible, so you are not left guessing where you stand or what is happening in the process.
✨ your autonomy. I’m not here to shape you into something that fits my ideas or ideals, but to support you in finding what feels authentic for you.
✨ curiosity over quick labels or fixed interpretations, staying open to what your experience actually means for you, not rushing to define it.
✨ emotional depth, with enough steadiness that nothing needs to be pushed, fixed, or resolved before you are ready.
✨ boundaries, because they are what make trust, clarity, and real connection possible.
✨ seeing struggles as meaningful responses to lived experience, not as individual faults, but as ways of adapting, surviving, and making sense of what has happened to you.
✨ understanding you in context, including the relationships, expectations, culture, and systems that shape how you feel, think, and relate to yourself and others.
... and I value change that comes from you, at your own pace, in a way that actually belongs to you, not something you are pressured into or perform for anyone else.
✨ Areas I work with:
👉 Anxiety & stress 👉 Low self-esteem & self-worth 👉 Burnout & emotional exhaustion 👉 Relationship difficulties 👉 People pleasing & putting others first 👉 Perfectionism 👉 Imposter syndrome 👉 Lack of confidence 👉 Difficulty setting boundaries 👉 Self-criticism & inner critic 👉 Identity & sense of self 👉 Emotional neglect 👉 Life transitions 👉 Personal growth & self-development
✨ I pay attention not only to what you are experiencing internally, but also to the context around it, roles, expectations, and relationships.
✨ I see therapy as a collaborative space where we work together. You know your experience best, and I bring clinical perspective, structure, and reflection to help us understand it more clearly.
✨ Sessions are a mix of structure and flexibility. A typical session starts with whatever feels important to you from the time between sessions (something that happened, something that stuck with you, or something you want to understand better). Then we work toward the goals we set together.
✨ As for how I show up, I’m active, engaged, and real, not a distant and silent professional persona. I speak normally, I challenge, I show up fully. You’ll feel that I’m there with you, not just observing you.
I work in my private practice, and I also collaborate with international clinics as a clinical psychologist and integrative therapist. I’ve guided clients through anxiety, burnout, self-confidence challenges, and major life transitions. I combine evidence-based techniques with a personalised, insight-driven approach, helping clients move from feeling stuck to living intentionally and with self-trust.
