Since 2011 I have been working as a psychologist and creative therapist in the Heiligenfeld psychosomatic clinic, in individual therapy sessions and especially in group therapy, particularly with managers and people in helping professions with a variety of health issues. Here I helped to set up and develop the focus areas of high sensitivity and developmental trauma, and shared many podcasts and videos.
In addition to my diverse training in trauma therapy (NARM), systemic therapy (HSI), couples therapy (HSI), and body therapies, I have learned a lot here, including many approaches to mindfulness and spirituality, which I integrate and use very intuitively.
I studied abroad for 14 years, lived and worked as an expat (California; Rwanda, DR Congo and Wales), speak fluently English and have deep experience with intercultural relationships, transgenerational trauma, with survivors of war and genocide, and have also published a book on the subject.
From my own experience I also know the issues that life and relationships in and between different cultures contribute. I have two daughters (16 and 20) and I know the challenges and beauties of being a mother, a partner, in separations, being a single parent and in relationships.
I have always been asked questions about what is healing and I like to talk about "the art of healing" because healing is really a holistic art that requires many skills of body, soul and spirit, self-awareness, a resonance space with the other person, and a deep inner connection and intuition that always need to be refined with a wise heart.
With a wealth of experience, deep empathy, clarity and openness, I accompany you in a unique way and intuitively on your healing and growth path, every couple or every group and look forward to meeting you, gladly for a free initial consultation.
