Educated with a B.A. in Economics, an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Psychology, he has been in private practice since the early 1970s. Arthur has special competencies and decades of experience in helping people recover from and thrive after anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, self-esteem issues, smoking, stress, trauma, cult involvement, and relationship problems. Arthur is an expert on cults/sects. He is a regular presenter at International Cultic Studies Association (ICSA) conferences. His PhD thesis for Copenhagen University is titled Cult Involvement.
Life is great, except when it’s not. That’s the time when therapy or coaching can be the difference that makes a difference. Therapy is a dialogue where the client thinks aloud in a safe space, receiving feedback and questions to guide self-discovery. I am trained in a variety of psychological interventions, including EMDR.
