I am a single mother to my 14 year old son. I am also the eldest of 3 younger brothers, we have fled war and I have rebuilt my life a couple of times. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and several years of experience working with individuals navigating mental health challenges, criminal backgrounds, and life transitions. My work has primarily focused on supporting people who want to break destructive patterns, build self-awareness, and create lasting personal change. As a coach, I have accompanied clients through deeply transformative processes, whether that means stepping away from criminal behavior, dealing with emotional pain, or learning to manage anxiety, anger, or shame in healthier ways.
My therapeutic approach is both compassionate and practical. I draw from trauma-informed methods and integrate tools from coaching, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy. I have completed specialist training in domestic violence and bring with me a deep understanding of the dynamics of abuse, control, and recovery. I offer concrete tools for emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and rebuilding self-esteem – always adapted to the needs of the individual. I work in both Swedish and English, and I’m committed to creating a non-judgmental, respectful space where people feel safe enough to grow.
My therapeutic style is empathic, warm, and collaborative. I meet each client with genuine curiosity and respect, and I believe that healing begins in a space where we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Empathy is at the core of my work – I aim to deeply understand each client’s unique story and emotional world, without judgment. Together, we create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and safety.
I work integratively, adapting my approach to the individual in front of me. My background in psychology and trauma-informed coaching allows me to combine insight-oriented work with practical tools for change. I draw from relational therapy, coaching methods, and emotional regulation strategies – particularly for clients navigating the aftermath of trauma, harmful relationship patterns, or criminal behavior. Whether the goal is personal growth, crisis recovery, or long-term transformation, I offer a space where empathy and clarity go hand in hand, and where each step is taken at the client’s own pace.
