It is important to me to create a safe space where you can bring your concerns to me at your own pace.
My motivation for this work is rooted in a deep belief that healthy and fulfilling relationships — both with ourselves and with others — are key to our personal well-being and happiness.
My work is based on the systemic approach – which means I always view behaviour in the context of the people and influences in our environment.
My approach is both empathetic and practical: I ask challenging questions, offer new perspectives, reframe, suggest (body-based) exercises, use therapeutic materials, provide you with homework, and am here for you.
