My journey into the world of psychotherapy began with a deep-seated interest in human behaviour and a commitment to making a meaningful impact on people’s lives. I hold a Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education in Guidance & Counselling. Over the years, I have honed my expertise in mental health, emotional wellness, behaviour modification, trauma recovery, and career excellence.
As the Lead Psychotherapist at Mindful Edge Counselling & Psychotherapy, I specialise in creating tailored therapeutic solutions that address a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges. I work with young people, families, and teams to help them overcome obstacles and achieve a meaningful, fulfilling life.
I have honed my competence in holding space for and with my clients. My clients often say with me, they feel safe, supported and solved. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours. Additionally, I integrate various techniques to provide a comprehensive, client-centered solution focused approach to therapy, ensuring a holistic and empathetic treatment experience.
