I am a Psychologist and I have completed postgraduate studies in Clinical Mental Health at the School of Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as in Special Education at the University of Macedonia. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, gaining broad clinical experience. Currently, I provide psychotherapy services at the Center for Psychological and Counseling Support of the University of Macedonia. In today’s world, it is common for individuals to experience anxiety, panic attacks, depression, mood fluctuations, sleep difficulties, phobias, or eating disorders. Behind these challenges, there are often deeper existential concerns and feelings of loneliness, despair, hopelessness, or inadequacy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where each person can express themselves freely, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and move toward a meaningful direction in their life.
In my therapeutic work, I approach each person with respect, authenticity, and genuine interest in their unique experience. I place great emphasis on building a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship, where individuals can feel heard and understood without judgment. My aim is to help individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop more adaptive ways of coping with everyday challenges. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process through which individuals can enhance their self-awareness and move toward a life with greater meaning and balance.
