My therapeutic approach is collaborative, structured, and deeply tailored to the unique developmental and psychological needs of each client. Grounded in my academic foundation from Bahçeşehir University, I integrate evidence-based clinical methodologies with creative and somatic practices to support both adults and children in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
In my practice with adults, I combine cognitive behavioral and relational frameworks to help clients navigate emotional difficulties and life transitions. During my master's degree, I received comprehensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). To further specialize in relationship dynamics and emotional boundaries, I completed Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT/KİPT) training certified by the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Association (Kişilerarası İlişki Psikoterapileri Derneği). Additionally, I am currently broadening my trauma-informed framework by pursuing online training in "Guided Drawing for Trauma" through the Institute for Sensorimotor Art Therapy. This allows me to incorporate somatic, sensorimotor, and expressive arts elements into therapy, helping clients process complex trauma and emotional experiences beyond verbal expression.
When working with children, my style is interactive, developmental, and creative. I hold an APT-approved (Association for Play Therapy) Level 1 Play Therapy certification, which enables me to use symbolic and play-based methods to communicate with children at their own developmental level. Whether working with an adult processing relational patterns or a child navigating their inner world, my goal is to provide structured, multifaceted support that fosters resilience and meaningful growth.
