I am an existential psychotherapist working with adolescents and adults. My aim is to accompany individuals in their life stories. I strive to support their process and explore different paths together. I also integrate psychodynamic therapy, art therapy and EMDR techniques into my work, offering a helpful space for expression and trauma-informed healing.
I apply the existential psychotherapy method in my clinical work. This approach involves investigating the foundations of human existence and supports individuals in reflecting on the ground on which they stand, while exploring ways to broaden their horizons. In addition to existential work, I also integrate psychodynamic therapy, art therapy and EMDR techniques, creating space for both creative expression and trauma-informed healing.
