My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and modify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns while also exploring underlying emotional conflicts, attachment experiences, and unconscious processes that shape present difficulties.
CBT allows us to develop practical strategies for symptom relief and skill-building, while the psychodynamic perspective deepens insight into recurring relational patterns and core beliefs. I aim to create a safe, reflective, and non-judgmental space where clients can gain self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and build more adaptive ways of relating to themselves and others.
