I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based approaches, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy tools. Rather than offering one fixed method, I adapt to what the person and the moment require.
The most important thing for me is to create a non-judgmental, open space. My sessions focus on asking thoughtful questions rather than rushing to conclusions, exploring new perspectives and gently expanding possibilities.
I am here to facilitate you to gain awareness of what may no longer be working and to empower you to recognize what other choices are available to you, so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
If this resonates with you, I look forward to meeting you.
