I've started to take an interest in mental health first within the cultural context, then through dance, movement and non-verbal communication. I'm a great believer in the impact of art, creativity and play in therapeutic progress. Although my practice evolved to psychodynamically oriented talk therapy, I still am curious to find play and creativity moments through words in the therapeutic field.
