About me

I have worked as a speech and language therapist for many years. Our psyche manifests itself in language and how we use language says a lot about ourselves. Our choice of words, slips of the tongue and the general flow of our narrative carries the material of the unconscious. For this reason now, I am working as a clinician specialized in talk therapy, currently named psychotherapy. I aim to understand people, ease their suffering and help them create their own version of change by examining their unconcious , acknowledging early childhood experiences, attachment styles in a within an established, secure frame.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Lacanian PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore the unconscious mind through the lens of language and desire, focusing on understanding deeper motivations.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
In therapy, what we therapists aim to provide involves a safe space to be and to freely express oneself, and a secure relationship to explore and grow. Psychoanalytical approach helps individuals re evaluate their experiences with early figures and realise aspects of themselves that were not identifiable. It loosens the knots that causes repetations in someone's life and creates potential for change. And this happens through a deep relationship between therapist and client which in turn potentially evolves into better relationships for the client
