I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we explore anxiety, relationships, life transitions, and questions of meaning, helping you build resilience and reconnect with yourself.
My journey into psychotherapy began with a deep curiosity about people, their inner worlds, and the ways we search for meaning during difficult times. This curiosity led me to study psychology and later specialise in existential analysis and logotherapy. Today, I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, emotional distress, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
I believe that every person has a unique story, and therapy should reflect that individuality. Rather than offering quick solutions or one-size-fits-all techniques, I provide a collaborative, respectful, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we work to understand not only the symptoms you are facing but also the values, relationships, and personal strengths that can support meaningful and lasting change.
My approach integrates counselling, existential analysis, and logotherapy while drawing on evidence-informed psychological practice. I am particularly interested in helping people navigate uncertainty, rebuild resilience after loss or difficult life experiences, strengthen self-understanding, and reconnect with what gives their lives purpose and direction.
I believe that people have an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation. My role is to provide a supportive and reflective space where clients can better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and move toward a way of living that feels more authentic and aligned with who they are.
My therapeutic approach integrates insights from neuroscience with existential therapy and logotherapy, allowing for both a deeper understanding of internal processes and a meaningful exploration of one’s life experience.I believe that every person has the capacity to find meaning even in challenging circumstances.
Sessions are collaborative and reflective. I encourage open dialogue and help clients look at their experiences from new perspectives. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore deeper questions about identity, life direction, and what truly matters to you.
II hold a Master's degree in Psychology and have completed advanced training in counselling, existential analysis, and logotherapy. My clinical work focuses on supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and existential concerns.
I tailor therapy to each individual, combining evidence-based psychological knowledge with an existential approach that helps clients better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change.
