I am a psychologist working with adolescents and adults. I am currently completing advanced training in psycho-organic analysis, a body-oriented psychotherapeutic approach that integrates emotional, relational, and bodily experiences. My work is integrative and strongly informed by psychodynamic thinking, which shapes how I understand psychological difficulties and personal change.
In my practice, I value depth, curiosity, and careful attention to each person’s inner world. I am particularly attentive to how emotions are experienced in the body, how past and present relationships influence current difficulties, and how meaning can gradually emerge through reflection and dialogue. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, respected, and safe to explore complex or unclear experiences.
I have experience working with a range of concerns, including emotional distress, identity questions, relationship difficulties, and self-harming behaviors. I also work thoughtfully with adolescents and neurodivergent clients, adapting my pace and style to support clarity, safety, and trust.
In my work, I focus on creating a therapeutic process that feels grounded, thoughtful, and responsive to each client’s needs. Rather than following a rigid structure, sessions develop through dialogue and shared exploration, guided by what feels most present and meaningful in the moment.
I work with attention to emotional experience, bodily responses, and patterns that emerge in relationships. We may explore how certain feelings are held in the body, how reactions repeat across different situations, or how earlier experiences influence current ways of relating to oneself and others. This approach allows understanding to develop gradually, supporting deeper and more sustainable change.
I place strong emphasis on safety, pacing, and collaboration. Therapy is not about pushing for insight or solutions, but about creating the conditions in which understanding, emotional regulation, and self-connection can naturally grow over time.
