My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and shaped by a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I believe that effective therapy is built on trust, collaboration, and a safe space where clients feel understood and respected. I work alongside clients to explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while developing practical skills to manage difficulties and promote meaningful change. Each therapeutic process is tailored to the individual needs, goals, and pace of the client, with the aim of supporting lasting psychological wellbeing.
I have one year experience with clients in my private practise. Also, 1000 hours of internship experience.
