Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
DBT: Dialectical behaviour therapyRecommended for those who want to learn skills to manage intense emotions and improve their relationships, especially if they feel easily overwhelmed.
Solution-focused therapyRecommended for those who want quick, practical solutions to their problems without focusing too much time on the past.

My therapeutic style is client-centered, integrative, and culturally sensitive, combining evidence-based approaches with holistic techniques to support each individual’s unique journey. I primarily draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions, helping clients recognize and reframe negative thought patterns while fostering emotional regulation and self-awareness.

I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each client’s needs, values, and goals. Whether working with adolescents, adults, or professionals, I emphasize self-compassion, personal growth, and resilience, guiding clients through their challenges with empathy and practical strategies. By integrating both traditional and alternative healing modalities, I support individuals in developing long-term coping skills, enhancing self-awareness, and cultivating meaningful, fulfilling lives.
