As a (clinical) psychologist and trained systemic counselor, I primarily work according to a resource- and solution-focused approach. My goal is to support my clients respectfully, helping them recognize their own strengths and find solutions to their challenges. My counseling is open-ended and encourages a creative and constructive approach to your personal challenges.
