I am a certified Jungian Analyst and psychotherapist, trained through the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP). My path to analysis grew from both psychological and cultural studies, which gave me a broad perspective on the interplay between inner life and outer circumstances. In my work, I offer a reflective and supportive space where clients can explore their struggles, aspirations, and inner potential.
Jungian Analysis is a process that goes beyond symptom relief. It is a journey toward greater self-awareness, integration, and authenticity. I work with dreams, personal history, relational dynamics, and symbolic material that emerges in therapy, helping individuals connect with their inner resources and find meaning in life’s challenges.
I accompany people who seek not only healing but also transformation—those who wish to live more fully and in alignment with their deeper values. My role is to create a safe, grounded relationship in which growth, insight, and lasting change can unfold.
My therapeutic work is rooted in Jungian Analysis, a depth-oriented approach that looks beyond immediate symptoms to the underlying patterns of the psyche. I see difficulties such as anxiety, depression, or inner conflict not only as problems to be solved, but also as invitations to growth. Each symptom can carry meaning, pointing toward areas of life that seek greater balance, awareness, or transformation.
In practice, I work with clients through an open, reflective dialogue that allows both conscious experience and unconscious material to emerge. Dreams, imagination, symbolic images, and relational dynamics often become important parts of the process. Together, we explore these expressions of the psyche to uncover new perspectives and possibilities for living more authentically.
The foundation of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself—built on trust, respect, and a safe space for honest self-exploration. I accompany clients in discovering their inner resources, helping them integrate previously hidden aspects of themselves, and supporting the journey toward greater coherence, freedom, and meaning in life.
