My professional journey began with coaching. This experience shaped a deep interest in the psychology of achievement and human behavior in extreme situations. Over time, my specialization as a sports psychologist gradually expanded into crisis counseling, which allows me to work today at the intersection of attaining high results and profound personal transformations.
I work with clients of various professions and ages — those who have found themselves in a crisis situation and realized the impossibility of coping with it on their own. Often, these are people whose lives are connected with decision-making, responsibility, and the need to maintain efficiency in moments of uncertainty and stress. Working with me helps those who have faced debilitating anxiety and fear before important events or a painful sense of losing control over their lives.
In the process of our collaboration, we focus on restoring internal support and moving out of the "catastrophe" state. My task is to help you transform paralyzing fear into a working resource. This is a systemic approach that allows you not only to overcome a difficult period but also to reach a level of clear implementation of plans and the achievement of maximum results in your activity.
My work is based on a systemic approach: I select tools specifically tailored to your individual request to achieve a sustainable result. My style combines in-depth analysis of the root causes of difficulties with the practical benefits of the techniques applied. I am convinced that every person possesses the inner potential to overcome a crisis, and my task is to help activate that potential.
In my work, I use tools from several disciplines:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): we conduct detailed work with the mindsets and automatic thoughts that hinder your progress. We learn to recognize cognitive distortions and change habitual yet destructive behavioral patterns that have maintained a state of crisis or insecurity for years. This empowers you to manage your reactions to life events.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): I use techniques for working with internal states and the subjective perception of experience. This allows for the rapid and effective transformation of limiting behavioral strategies into those that lead to success. We align your internal state with the clear implementation of your plans, removing barriers that previously seemed insurmountable.
Positive Psychotherapy (PPT): this method helps us shift the focus from the problem to the possibilities. We find your hidden resources and new meanings even in the most difficult and seemingly hopeless situations. Working in this key develops your ability to cope with future life challenges by relying on your personal strengths.
Art Therapy: as an art therapist, I use specific projective techniques to work with feelings and emotions that are difficult to express in words or comprehend logically. The use of imagery and creativity allows for a gentle bypass of the psyche's defense mechanisms. This helps find the right solution and a way out of a deadlock where ordinary analysis fails.
Our work is aimed at creating your individual, stable system of self-regulation. I help the client not just solve a current problem, but build fundamentally new ways of interacting with themselves and the world around them. These skills and internal supports will remain with them as a reliable tool for an independent life after our work is concluded.
