In my work as a psychotherapist, I offer a safe and supportive space where people can speak openly about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is psychoanalytic, which means that together we try to understand the deeper, subconscious emotional patterns, that shape how we experience ourselves and our relationships.
Sometimes the difficulties we face in the present are connected to earlier experiences or to patterns that have developed over time without us fully realizing it. In therapy, we explore these experiences with curiosity and care, allowing space for reflection, understanding and emotional expression.
My role is to listen attentively and to accompany each client in making sense of their inner world, at their own pace. Through this process, therapy can help people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and find new ways of relating to their feelings, their relationships, and their lives.
