With a background in Applied Psychology and ongoing training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to each client’s needs. My expertise lies in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, as well as those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. On a daily basis I work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. My approach is deeply respectful of differences, creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their concerns within the context of their unique cultural perspectives.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their challenges, identifying strengths, and developing strategies for change. I view therapy as a partnership. If we decide to work together, it will be a respectful collaboration. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, or interpersonal concerns, I strive to balance structure with flexibility, adapting the process to what feels most helpful and meaningful for the person I’m working with.
Cultural sensitivity and inclusivity are integral to my approach. I am attuned to how cultural and personal identities influence life experiences, ensuring that therapy is respectful and aligned with each client’s values.
