I’m Celine — a Clinical Psychologist (M.Sc.), with a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and trained as an Empowerment Coach.
From an early age, I experienced what it feels like when body, mind, and emotions are out of balance. Chronic tension, psychosomatic symptoms, high performance pressure, and a deep sense of “not being enough” accompanied me for many years.
During my studies in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience in Freiburg, I developed a strong understanding of emotional regulation, stress physiology, and the close connection between mental and physical health. As a co-author of a scientific study on decision-making, I also gained practical research experience.
At the same time, I realized that knowledge alone is not enough for deep and lasting change.
Spending a year in an ashram in India helped me reconnect with my inner voice, release control patterns, and cultivate trust in myself and in life. There, I deepened my practice in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Ayurveda.
This experience helped me integrate my analytical and intuitive sides — not as opposites, but as complementary strengths.
Today, I combine scientific clarity with mindfulness, body-based practices, and spiritual awareness to support people in reconnecting with themselves.
