I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, supervisor, and trainer with over 10 years of professional experience. I hold a PhD in Political Science and have three higher education degrees, combining backgrounds in psychology, political science, and education. My work lies at the intersection of mental health, teaching, and public service. I specialize in Gestalt therapy, clinical supervision, and the professional support of therapists, social workers, and educators. I am the co-founder of the International Institute of Supervision and Coaching in Ukraine—the first national platform uniting professionals from various therapeutic schools in a safe, collegial environment for growth and development.
I regularly facilitate both therapeutic and supervision groups and have over 10 years of experience teaching at the university level. From 2020 to 2025, I served as an advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and was the first official State Psychologist at the Ministry. In that role, I supported diplomats, worked with trauma and crisis in institutional settings, and developed mental health initiatives for the diplomatic service. Today, I continue to accompany professionals in the helping fields, lead training programs, and create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, restore their strength, and grow personally and professionally. I provide psychotherapy in Ukrainian and Russian. I also work in English at a conversational (intermediate) level.
I provide therapy in Ukrainian and Russian languages. I also work in English for clients who feel comfortable with a non-native English-speaking therapist. My practice is focused on Ukrainian clients worldwide and I do not work with clients who support war in Ukraine.
In my therapeutic practice, there is no place for stigma or judgment. I welcome people as they are — with their pain, dreams, mistakes, and desires. I can be very warm, supportive, and attuned when you need grounding and care. At the same time, I can facilitate change — help you take the first step if you want to earn more, leave a toxic relationship, or rebuild your life. I don’t offer ready-made answers, but I create a space where you can find your own.
I work within the Gestalt approach, in the present moment, with deep attention to emotions, the body, relationships, and your unique story. My style is a combination of support and challenge, depth and humor, warmth and clarity. I am not afraid of difficult conversations — over the three years of full-scale war, I have built strong inner resilience to topics related to trauma, loss, violence, life, and death. You can come to me with any issue, any pain — and know that it will be met without judgment. What you’ll find is presence, clarity, and real human connection.
