I can describe myself as empathetic and supportive figure with whom you can be you. I promote growth and development from the place of comfort, not through self-inflicted violence.
I have a master's degree in psychology, I am a Gestalt therapist and a CBT consultant in the process of training. The Gestalt approach is about awareness of one's own emotions, needs and interactions with others. It helps to choose and take an active position in one's own life, which has a positive effect on the quality of life itself. I like to use grounding techniques and meditative techniques. CBT + is a way to cope with challenges life, adapt to new conditions, stressful situations at work, in relationships and other areas. I plan to continue studying to have be able to use an integrative approach in working with clients. I work with adult clients in an individual format. I have more than 200 hours of practice, most often with issues of self-esteem, understanding one's own emotions and behavior, interest in life and caring about myself.
