From an early age I’ve been interested in people, emotions and inner world, as well as different kinds of inter-personal relations. My path was diverse and challenging, going through intensive sports, education, master’s diploma in financial & economics and bright career path at this sphere. I am a wife and a mother. At some point of time my life was stable, but something important was missing – a part of me. Thats why the long way to find it started, thorny path to myself, hard but worth going on. I was searching in Gestalt therapy, then going through individual and group therapy, studying psychology in the University and getting psychotherapist education in existential approach. And gradually I chose the psychological field as my professional way.
Being Ukrainian, I have intensive experience of living in the war. That includes overcoming of stress/distress, anxiety, finding supports under uncertainty, as well as migration, adaptation on the new place, being a refugee, etc.

I believe that every person is unique, therefore there cannot be any standards and algorithms for solving the life situations of each concrete person. I focus on the person and one’s features. However, using my knowledge and experience. My goal is to help a person better understand oneself, one’s feelings and emotions, find inner supports, live consciously and change one’s life so that it brings satisfaction and joy.
Being a cheerful and positive person, I am also empathetic and kind. I create a safe and comfortable environment when working with the person, strictly adhere to the rule of confidentiality. I don't like judgments and agree with the statement that "a psychotherapist is a person's guide at a difficult stage of life."
I am constantly learning, improving my knowledge and qualifications. Also constantly participate in supervisions and intervisions, have my own personal psychotherapy. Suppose it is important for a psychologist so that to be adequate and objective in working with people.
