About me

Hi, I’m Kateryna. I am a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst with a Master’s degree (MSc) in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from Université Côte d'Azur (France).

My practice is rooted in the classical Freudian and Lacanian traditions, which I integrate with a modern understanding of the challenges faced by the international community. Having lived and studied in France, I deeply understand the psychological nuances of relocation, identity crisis, and the complex search for belonging.

I specialize in working with:

Relationship & Attachment patterns: Deciphering the unconscious "scripts" we repeat.

Self-confidence & Identity: Navigating the "Who am I?" in a changing world.

Anxiety & Deep-seated Stress: Moving beyond symptoms to reach the root cause.

My goal is to provide a space where words can finally meet the unspoken, leading to profound and lasting transformation.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

My work is fundamentally guided by Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalysis. This means we don't just "fix" a behavior; we engage with the unique logic of your unconscious mind.

What defines my approach:

Lacanian Focus on Language: We pay close attention to the way you speak about your life. Often, the key to a breakthrough lies in the specific words and metaphors you use.

Exploring the Unconscious: We look at what lies beneath your conscious choices—the desires, fears, and internal conflicts that drive your actions.

The Analytical Setting: I provide a structured, safe environment where you can speak freely (free association), allowing the most important themes of your life to emerge naturally.

Why choose this method? While some therapies offer temporary relief, the Lacanian and Freudian approach aims for a structural change. It is about gaining freedom from the invisible patterns that have held you back, allowing you to live a more authentic and desire-driven life.
